Introduction of Markaz-E-Haqook-E-Sharia Trust 

Founded/Establish Registered as a Welfare Association:19th September 1963 by Ayatullah Syed Muhammad Mohsin Naqvi- (Mujthid) converted into a trust 6th June  1998  by  the  founder  Ayatullah  Syed Muhammad Mohsin Naqvi- the Lifetime Chairmen & Nigran-E-Ala. On his sad demise on  13th  August  2002,  his  son Hujat-ul-Islam Syed Muhammad Hussain Naqvi was elected Chairman and Managing Trustee.



Brief History

Ayatullah Syed Muhammad Mohsin Naqvi, a Mujtahid and Aalim who comes from the  family of  Mujtahideen of Lucknow whose grand father (Jadi-e-amajad) was Maulana Ghufran Moab Mujtahid and a great scholar of Fiqh-e-Jafaria formed an organization for the welfare shia isna-ashri  community  under the  name  and  style of MARKAZ-E-HAQOOK-E-SHARIA PAKISTAN of which Ayatullah Syed Mohammad Mohsin himself was “NIGRAN-E-ALA”. The organization was registered under the societies act on 19th September  1963,  under registration No.1622 of 1963-1964 with aims and objects:



1. To propagate the teaching of Islam according to fiqh-e-jafaria.

2. To provide shelter, living education and other facilities to ORPHANS of Shia Isna Ashri community.

3. To construct building for the welfare institutions of the organization, including Orphanage, Industrial & commercial Building, Hostels, Hospital, Libraries, Imam Bargah, Mosque, Schools And colleges etc. 

4. To arrange lectures and seminars on Islamic subject particularly Majalis and mahafil on the occasion of Muharrum and other occasions of Wiladat and Shahadat of masums and Ahl-e-bait (A.S).

5. And to do any other works for the welfare of Shia community. 



A plot No. ST-19, in Block No.16, KDA Scheme No.16 measuring   16,416  Sq.  Yards was  obtained at the cost of Rs.65,664/- which was fully paid and the plot leased. We must pay  tributes to  Late  His  Highness  the Raja Sahib of Mahmoodabad with whose personal efforts the plot could be allotted by the K.D.A. Buildings of the Orphanage, Imam Bargah Mosque and office  Block  have  already  been  constructed  and sites for  Deeni Madarsa, School, and Technical College have been reserved which will be  constructed in the near future as the finances of trust permit.



The  Marakz-e-Haqook-e-Sharia  Pakistan  vide  resolutions  dated  3rd. May  1998 & 5th.  July  1998  was converted  Into  a   “Trust “    with  Ayatullah   Syed Mohammad Mohsin Naqvi  as  Lifetime   Chairman  and Nigran-e-Aala  and  the  entire  project   was  transferred  to  the  new  trust,  under  the  name  and  style  of “MARKAZ-E-HAQOOK-E-SHARIA TRUST” vide TRUST DEED dated 6th .June 1998  registered  with Sub-Registrar  “T”  Division No.  1962  Book-IV.    On  the sad  demise of  Ayatullah Syed  Mohsin  Naqvi   the Lifetime Chairman & Nigran-e-Aala, his son Hujat-ul-Islam Syed Mohammad Hussain Naqvi was  elected  as Chairman & Managing Trustee of the TRUST as per clause 2 of the Trust Deed. 



Present Activities of TRUST

With the personal efforts of the present Chairman & Managing Trustee, Hujat-ul-Islam Syed Mohammad  Hussain, The entire Orphanage- known as MADARSA & DARUL AQAMA has been fully renovated, Imam Bargah – known as AL-MOHSIN IMAM BARGAH – and  Mosque  has  also  been  fully  renovated  and  from   1st Muharram  1424-Hijri to ASHURA, 10th of Muharram  1424 Hijri,  Majalis  have  been  arranged   in   which KHATEEB-E-AAL-E MOHAMMAD AGHA SYED NASEEM ABBAS RIZVI OF LAHORE will address the   majalis.  Arrangements  are  being  made  for  the  construction of  Building  for   Deeni Madarsa,   School  and Technical College for which financial support in cash or kind of momineen will be required to complete  the project in the earliest possible time.
